Gluten Free Protein Rice Krispie Bars

I love Vitafiber, probably my most favourite ingredient.

I am on carbs at the moment and I wanted a bar to go with me. A carb bar! so I came up with these.

 

Gluten Free of course!

  • Calories 266 each bar
  • 81 g Carbs, 12 g Protein, 1 g Fat

 

Ingredients to make 16 bars

  • 1000 grams of Vitafiber
  • 400 grams of Nestle Gluten Free Rice Pops
  • 200 grams of Bulk Powders Whey isolate (unflavoured)

 

In a large bowl use full bag of Vitafiber (1kg bag). Add water until becomes thick gloopy mixture, slow add and keep mixing until you get the right texture. Then microwave for 5 minutes.

In another very large bowl add Rice pops and Whey isolate.

Add (red hot) Vitafiber to the Rice pops and whey and mix (I use big mixer).

When mixed add to a large dish (not a round dish) See picture. Use non stick grease paper for lining. Let cool in fridge for a few hours.

Keep refrigerated, or I like to have them frozen for the texture.
