New meal bars made

Great way to get some carbs in the system and keep you full. Very high calorie, but perfect to eat whilst Intermittent Fasting..

Here are the ingredients

Just blend them all together (apart from the vitafiber that needs to be put in microwave for 5 mins until start to boil (add this last)..

No idea on the macros or calories, as when I do intermittent fasting for fat loss I don’t count calories or macros.

  • Peanut Butter – 500 grams
  • Dried Cherries – 100 grams
  • Chia Sees – 300 grams
  • Sesame Seeds – 100 grams
  • Cinnamon – 50 grams
  • Stevia – 2 teaspoons
  • Cacao Nibs – 50 grams
  • Coconut Sugar – 100 grams
  • Pea Protein Isolate – 400 grams
  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats – 400 grams
  • Gluten free fine oats – 200 grams
  • 100% Cacao Chocolate Drops – 1 big handful
  • Vitafiber (powder) – 1000 grams (1kg)
