‘I started training with Pete back in February after gradually gaining weight over the past couple of years. I was somewhat in denial about how much weight I had gained until I saw some holiday photos, and they were the kick up the bum that I needed! I was a little skeptical and had never worked with a personal trainer before, but Pete quickly put me at ease and made my goals clear to me. He makes me work hard in the gym, and is always motivating me to push myself. Not only does he train me in the gym, but I also have a meal plan to follow.
