I started training with Pete at the end of January this year, I wanted to lose some weight and tone up a bit to help me feel more confident again in myself after having my kids. He set out with a nutrition plan as I am a self confessed lover of all things sweet and bad for me, and this plan combined with the training has worked miracles. Not only have I lost weight and toned up to the point I am now in a dress size I never, ever in a million years thought I would see as it is even beyond my pre pregnancy size. It has given me the confidence to also start cooking which sounds stupid but I never did before. I now feel so much more energised and motivated to keep going, and it’s all thanks to Pete. He is a brilliant confidence giver, motivational and always around at the end of the phone to offer help and advice. I’m so glad I bit the bullet to train with him, as I have seen results I never thought were possible.

I first came into contact with Pete back in January 2018 on a post he did on the over 40s bodybuilding group and I was looking for someone who could help me with diet advice to start the year for a two month diet plan to see if I could get to a point to decide if I wanted to compete in July 2018. After the contact and prices agreed Pete took all my information about food preferences and stats and ask my goals. Very quickly and very professionally a plan was returned breaking down foods for all meals broken down and weight/ amount giving me my perfect diet but more importantly macro balance. Through out the two months Pete was always there to help and guide me and I can’t thank him enough for the end results and putting me on the right track for my show in July and was the best money I have ever spent and now I have the diet to use again and again so was a fantastic investment. We all think we know how to put on muscle and lose fat but listen to the wrong advise for years- I will never return to my old ways of eating now this masters champion has put me on the right route. I have lost over two stone since been workin out with Pete. My life has changed so much from wearing baggy clothes to feeling fantastic in what I wear and enjoy every second off it. I’ve been training with Pete since the end of February after wanting to get fit and tone up to improve my self confidence. Since being with Pete I’ve had a healthy diet plan and training twice a week and so far have lost 3 stone.
Pete is an amazing guy full of motivation and support. I also have issues with my joints due to arthritis and Pete has helped manage this by recognising when things are too much and knowing when to push harder with other things.

I’ve been working out with Pete for around 6 months. What a guy! I’d never been to the gym before, so when I first started I had no clue on what to do. I kind of felt lost haha. Pete was very helpful and really made me feel okay about been there. Any questions I had about anything to do with the equipment or the training he was giving me he just answered or showed me. He doesn’t judge you and is really patient with you. He really knows what he’s doing! When your there training he knows your limits, and when to stop but still pushes you to do more. You always have a laugh with him too, which makes it more fun. Great personal trainer and I would recommend to any one! Don’t be scared of joining up or anything you won’t regret it!
I met Pete about 18 months ago after my friend recommended him as I had been trying to recover from a carb training diet plan that didn’t work for me. Pete put a plan together which was great but my weight loss began to stall again. So after a few more tweaks, Pete has produced a diet/training plan that works perfectly for me. Been training with Pete for about 5 months and started seeing instant results, pushes you to limit to get the job done, plenty of doms from the workouts which leaves you wanting more , cracking meal plans, not like some of the boring meal plans out there, helps you to the best he can to get you to the shape you want to be, he’s helped me loads and will defo be training with him for some time to come.

I signed up for your 12 week transformation and halfway through lockdown hit, during this time you coached me, you provided remote training and diet advice and I don’t feel like I’ve missed out at all – but I can’t wait to get back to face to face training again. So, you wanna know what this man can achieve with you? Well, I was a 60 year old who had succumbed to a sedentary lifestyle and a deskbound job with long hours that contributed to my piling the pounds on over the last few years. Luckily, Pete was recommended to me and he’s just taken me on a 12 week journey of transformation. And what a blast it was! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute with Pete – being pushed and guided by a real expert who just happens to be crazy good fun to work with. I’m still 60 (even Pete couldn’t do anything about that 😊), but I achieved the weight loss I was aiming for and, more importantly in the end, my body is much more toned, my core strength and balance are much the same again as when I was in my thirties. Pete Gawtry… well what can I say 🙂 personal training to the max! Always get pushed to the limit, you know you have done a good work out as the next day the pain kicks in… (serious doms) what do ya say no pain no gain! Haha He can also help with your diet very knowledgeable on all of that with delicious meals as well so you don’t feel deprived. Makes the plan to suit you lifestyle and always see great results! Definitely recommend if your serious about putting the work in. He will definitely with out a doubt get you to where you want to be! 🙂 happy training guys
