I’ve been on and off training throughout my adult life and wanted to do something about it. I made the decision to train with Pete as I wanted to get into the habit of training four times a week and to be accountable to someone. I didn’t have weight loss as a goal, nor a six pack, however with Pete’s expert nutrition and exercise guidance I lost 15lb in 12 weeks and have muscle definition like never before! To top it all off he’s fun to train with and he taught me loads of new exercises which I’ve taken into my own training sessions. At the beginning of my 12 weeks Pete gave me all the information needed, coached me through the exercises and made sure I kept on track. He always replied to my text messages when I had weird questions about what I could or couldn’t eat, which was reassuring. The fitness app is really helpful to track training and change exercises according to the gym equipment I own. On top of that Pete is easy to talk to and knows his stuff inside and out – I would not hesitate to recommend him to absolutely anybody. Professional, knowledgeable and overall a top bloke…..the results speak for themselves, I’ve not had a sixpack since I was 19!
