Ingredients:-
125 grams of butter (half of a kerrygold unsalted butter)
2 cups (use proper cups sizes) of powdered Erythritol
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
0.5 teaspoon of stevia extract powder (You can go without if you cannot get)
Instructions:-
Melt butter (on simmer) until it starts going brown. Stir in the Erythritol, vanilla and stevia. Stir for another 3 minutes until paste, put on some non-stick cooking paper and cool in fridge or freezer for 5 minutes.
