The programme is split into three four-week phases. Each phase has a clear job, and each one sets up the next — so progress compounds instead of stalling.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
We sort your technique on the big lifts and get your food into a rhythm you can keep. I'm not trying to batter you in week one — we're building the base everything else sits on. Most people are surprised how good they feel by week four.
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8
Now we push. More weight on the bar, smarter progression, and the food sharpened up to drive the change. This is the engine room of the programme. It's where the photos start looking different.
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12
Everything comes together. We fine-tune the last few weeks to peak your result, then plan exactly how you keep it once the twelve weeks are done. You finish in better shape and knowing how you got there.

If you train in person, it's just you and me in a fully-equipped private gym in North Leeds — no queues for the squat rack, no crowds and no one watching. Every session is one-to-one, so the space, the kit and the coaching are entirely yours.
