The programme is split into three four-week phases. Each phase has a clear job, and each one sets up the next — so progress compounds instead of stalling.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
We groove the big movement patterns, dial in your technique and establish a nutrition rhythm you can actually sustain. The goal here isn't to smash you into the ground — it's to build a base of strength, consistency and confidence that everything else is going to be built on. Most people are surprised how good they already feel by the end of week four.
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8
Now we push. With your foundation solid, we increase the training stimulus — more load, more volume, smarter progression — while sharpening the nutrition to drive body-composition change. This is the engine room of the programme, where strength climbs and the changes really start to show.
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12
We bring it all together. Training and nutrition are fine-tuned to peak your conditioning and lock in your hardest-won progress, and we plan exactly how you'll keep going after the twelve weeks are up. You finish not just in better shape, but knowing how you got there — and how to stay there.
