Most transformations you see online are a crash diet, a good camera angle and about two weeks of motivation. This is the opposite of that.

It's twelve weeks of proper coaching. Long enough to genuinely change your body, short enough to stay switched on for every week of it. You bring the effort. I bring the plan, the food, the coaching and the honesty. And when motivation dips somewhere around week six (it happens to everyone), I'm the reason you keep going.

The twelve weeks run in three phases: Foundation, Build and Peak. Each phase has a clear job, so you always know where you are and what's coming next.

How The 12 Weeks Work

The programme is split into three four-week phases. Each phase has a clear job, and each one sets up the next — so progress compounds instead of stalling.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Foundation

We sort your technique on the big lifts and get your food into a rhythm you can keep. I'm not trying to batter you in week one — we're building the base everything else sits on. Most people are surprised how good they feel by week four.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

Build

Now we push. More weight on the bar, smarter progression, and the food sharpened up to drive the change. This is the engine room of the programme. It's where the photos start looking different.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Peak

Everything comes together. We fine-tune the last few weeks to peak your result, then plan exactly how you keep it once the twelve weeks are done. You finish in better shape and knowing how you got there.

If you train in person, it's just you and me in a fully-equipped private gym in North Leeds — no queues for the squat rack, no crowds and no one watching. Every session is one-to-one, so the space, the kit and the coaching are entirely yours.

What Results To Realistically Expect

Straight answer: nobody can promise you an exact number of pounds in twelve weeks, and anyone who does is selling you a fantasy. Your result depends on where you start and how consistent you are. What I can promise is a proven process, and a coach making sure your effort actually counts.

What twelve weeks of consistent, well-coached effort genuinely tends to deliver:

  • Noticeable fat loss. A steady rate of roughly 0.5 to 1% of body weight per week is healthy and realistic for most people, and it adds up over twelve weeks.
  • Real strength gains. Beginners in particular often see their key lifts climb substantially in twelve weeks, because we train strength-first from day one.
  • Better energy, sleep and mood. The changes you can't photograph but feel every day.
  • Clothes that fit differently. We build muscle while losing fat, so the tape measure and the mirror often move more than the scales.
  • Habits that last. The most valuable result of all: you leave knowing how to train and eat for life, without needing a coach forever.

How much does the 12-Week Body Transformation cost?
Pricing depends on whether you train in person, online or as a hybrid, and how often we work together. The simplest way to get an exact figure is to book a free consultation. Do I have to train at your Leeds studio?
No. You can train in person at the North Leeds (LS17) studio, completely online from your own gym or home, or as a hybrid of both. The programme, nutrition plan and weekly check-ins are the same either way — only the delivery changes. See online personal training for how the remote option works.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Absolutely — beginners often get the fastest, most dramatic results because everything is new to your body. The Foundation phase is built specifically to teach you how to train and eat properly from scratch, at your pace. Nobody judges you, and nothing is left to guesswork.
What results will I actually get in 12 weeks?
It depends on your starting point and consistency, so I won't promise a magic number. Realistically, most committed clients see noticeable fat loss (around 0.5–1% of body weight per week), meaningful strength gains, better energy and sleep, and clothes fitting differently. Do I need to follow a strict or extreme diet?
No. Your nutrition plan is food-first, realistic and built around what you genuinely enjoy eating. There are no banned foods and no starvation — the whole point is a plan you can sustain during the twelve weeks and keep going long after.
What's included in the app?
The training app holds your full programme, video exercise demonstrations, progress and workout tracking, and direct messaging with me. It means you always know exactly what to do in the gym and can reach me between sessions.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Most clients train three to four times a week, with sessions typically lasting around 45–60 minutes. Your exact schedule is built around your life and availability — consistency matters far more than spending hours in the gym.
What happens after the 12 weeks are finished?
The Peak phase deliberately includes a plan for what comes next, so you're never left stranded. Many clients continue with ongoing coaching to keep progressing, while others take the habits and knowledge they've built and run with them independently. Either way, you'll know how to maintain your results.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
We cover all of this in your free consultation, and your programme is built around any injuries, limitations or conditions you have. As an award-winning coach I'll always work safely within your capabilities — and recommend you clear anything relevant with your GP where appropriate.
