How The 12 Weeks Work

The programme is split into three four-week phases. Each phase has a clear job, and each one sets up the next — so progress compounds instead of stalling.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Foundation

We groove the big movement patterns, dial in your technique and establish a nutrition rhythm you can actually sustain. The goal here isn't to smash you into the ground — it's to build a base of strength, consistency and confidence that everything else is going to be built on. Most people are surprised how good they already feel by the end of week four.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

Build

Now we push. With your foundation solid, we increase the training stimulus — more load, more volume, smarter progression — while sharpening the nutrition to drive body-composition change. This is the engine room of the programme, where strength climbs and the changes really start to show.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Peak

We bring it all together. Training and nutrition are fine-tuned to peak your conditioning and lock in your hardest-won progress, and we plan exactly how you'll keep going after the twelve weeks are up. You finish not just in better shape, but knowing how you got there — and how to stay there.

If you train in person, it's just you and me in a fully-equipped private gym in North Leeds — no queues for the squat rack, no crowds and no one watching. Every session is one-to-one, so the space, the kit and the coaching are entirely yours.

Nobody can promise you a specific number of pounds or a magazine cover in twelve weeks — and anyone who does is selling you a fantasy. Your results depend on where you start, how consistently you train, how well you eat and your individual biology. What I can promise is a proven process and the coaching to make the most of it.

It depends on your starting point and consistency, so I won't promise a magic number. Realistically, most committed clients see noticeable fat loss (around 0.5–1% of body weight per week), meaningful strength gains, better energy and sleep, and clothes fitting differently. Do I need to follow a strict or extreme diet?
No. Your nutrition plan is food-first, realistic and built around what you genuinely enjoy eating. There are no banned foods and no starvation — the whole point is a plan you can sustain during the twelve weeks and keep going long after.
What's included in the app?
The training app holds your full programme, video exercise demonstrations, progress and workout tracking, and direct messaging with me. It means you always know exactly what to do in the gym and can reach me between sessions.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Most clients train three to four times a week, with sessions typically lasting around 45–60 minutes. Your exact schedule is built around your life and availability — consistency matters far more than spending hours in the gym.
What happens after the 12 weeks are finished?
The Peak phase deliberately includes a plan for what comes next, so you're never left stranded. Many clients continue with ongoing coaching to keep progressing, while others take the habits and knowledge they've built and run with them independently. Either way, you'll know how to maintain your results.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
