Win the week
Top of your division when the board resets Monday morning. A star in the bank, and a fresh race starts the same day. Bad week? Wiped clean. Good week? Prove it again.
Training with me isn't just coached. It's a game, and everyone's in it. Every session, weigh-in and habit scores points, climbs your division and chases real medals. The only way to lose is to not play.
No points for talking about it. The League only scores the things that genuinely change your body: turning up, weighing in, proving it. That's the whole brand.
The Streak Shield has your back. Life happens. Once a month, a missed week gets bridged automatically and your streak survives. One bad week never wipes out ten good ones.
Tick your stack off each day. The ones that genuinely pull their weight are worth the most — the multivit is a nice-to-have, so it scores like one.
Dial in the real food, the sleep and the daily habits I actually coach and the board rewards it. This is where the committed pull clear of everyone else.
Nobody starting week one should be racing someone with five years on the clock. So you don't. You race your own division, and the top of every division wins.
Fresh blood. Everything to prove, and the fastest scores on the board, because beginners show up hungry.
The engine room of the League. This is where most of the rivalries live.
Earned, never given. A hundred sessions gets you in. Then you find out who the real machines are.
Your history counts from day one. Every session you've ever done with me is already on your record, so long-standing clients walk in as Legends with badges waiting.
One board, lots of crowns. Fast starters, slow burners, early risers, comeback stories, there's a way to win for every kind of trainer. The only way to lose is to not play.

Every full stone down since day one earns the badge people actually care about. The weight boards rank by % change, so a 60kg client and a 120kg client both have a fair shot.
Longest streak is its own board. Twelve straight weeks of weigh-ins gets you Weigh-In Warrior. The tortoise wins things here too.
Log a session before 7am and you're on the Early Bird board. Out-train the still-asleep. Nothing feels smugger than points on the board before the kettle's even boiled.
Fallen off? The best story on the board is the one who came back. Stitch two weeks together after a gap and the Comeback Kid badge is yours. Everyone's rooting for the comeback.
In the app, hitting a goal isn't a grey little tick. It bangs. Have a go, tap the card, claim your reward and level all the way up to Master.

Every badge is earned from real logged training, never given away. And because your full history counts, some of you will open the app to find a cabinet that's already filling up.
My own training goes on the board with everyone else's. Real sessions, real points, updated all week. Beat my score between Monday and Sunday and you bank an entry in the monthly prize draw. It's the fairest fight in the League: I'm the coach, so I've got no excuses either.
Win your division's month and you get an actual medal. Studio clients get theirs handed over at their next session, photo moment included. Online clients get theirs in the post. Digital badges are great. A medal on your kitchen shelf that makes visitors ask questions? Better.
This week's division leaders, straight from the live board. There's even a full-screen TV mode running on a screen at the studio, so the whole gym knows who's top.
A fresh challenge from me each week. Hit it for +15 points. Some weeks it's steps, some weeks it's an early session, some weeks you'll wish you hadn't asked.
