Welcome To The New
Pete Gawtry Fitness App
Everything I coach, now in one place — your workouts with every exercise properly demonstrated, your nutrition, your progress and your weekly check-ins. Plus the PG League, where every session, weigh-in and habit scores points. Your coach, right in your pocket.
Free for 14 days, no card needed. After the trial, the current coaching options and prices are shown before payment; the app is included at no extra cost with coaching.

See Exactly How To Do Every Exercise

The Exercise Player
Tap any exercise and it fills the screen: an animated demonstration showing the movement and the muscles working, your sets, reps and rest, and a written how-to with three coaching cues — the things I'd say standing next to you.
- 2,100+ exercises with full animated demonstrations
- A written how-to and three coaching cues on almost every exercise
- Don't like an exercise? Swap it for an alternative in two taps

Your Actual Plan, Not A Template
Your week is laid out exactly as I've written it for you: which workout on which day, what's done, what's next. One button starts today's session.
- Week-by-week plan, written by me and adjusted at your check-ins
- Move a session if life happens — the week moves with you
- Want extra? Add your own workout from the full library

Log A Session In Seconds
Every workout is a clear list you can read at a glance mid-session. Tap in, tick off your sets, done — with last time's numbers right there, so you always know what you're beating.
- Set-by-set logging with your history
- Built for the gym floor — big buttons, works with patchy signal
- Progress you can see, session after session

Your Nutrition, Sorted
Your meal plan, recipes and daily targets all live in the app — with a shopping list built straight from your plan. Log food in seconds, including scanning the barcode on anything with a label. No separate apps, no spreadsheets.
- Your personalised meal plan with recipes and a shopping list
- Barcode scanner and quick-add food diary
- Protein, carbs and fats tracked against the targets I've set you
- No kitchen scales? Portion by hand with the built-in guide
Watch The Needle Actually Move
The proof that keeps you going — on a screen in your pocket, updated the second you log it.

Progress You Can Actually See
Weigh in from your phone and let the trend line do the talking — not the daily noise, the direction you're heading. Add measurements and photos and the app lines them up so the change is impossible to miss.
- Weigh-ins with a smart trend line that ignores the daily wobble
- Waist, hips and other measurements tracked over time
- Progress photos, stored privately and shown side by side
- Personal bests logged the moment you beat them

The Little Daily Wins
The results come from the boring stuff done every day. The app turns it into a two-second tick — and the streaks make it strangely addictive.
- Tick off sleep, water and steps every day
- Never miss a supplement — creatine, vitamin D, the lot
- Build streaks that are genuinely hard to break
- Every habit you hit scores points in the PG League

Now On Your Wrist
Today's session, your streak and your PG League place — a glance at your watch and you know exactly what you're doing and where you stand. No phone needed.
- Today's workout, your exercises and how long it'll take
- Your streak and your PG League points, live on the wrist
- Steps and weight sync from Apple Health, so they log themselves

Training, Turned Into A Game You Want To Win
Every session, weigh-in and habit you log scores points. You're placed in a division with people at your level, you climb the board through the month, and the winners get real medals posted to their door. It's the most fun anyone's made of staying consistent.
- Points for the things that actually work — training, weigh-ins, habits, even your supplements
- Three divisions, so everyone has a real shot at the top
- Seventeen badges to collect as you hit milestones
- Real medals — actual bronze, silver and gold — posted to the winners
- A live board that never sleeps — on your phone and up on the studio screen
Your Coach Is A Tap Away
This isn't a plan dumped in an app and forgotten. It's a direct line to me.
Message Me Direct
A question about a lift, a wobble on a Friday night, a win you want to share — message me right in the app and I'll come back to you. No new number, no lost emails, all your coaching in one thread. Plus your weekly check-in goes straight to me and comes back with your plan tweaked.
Book & Move Sessions
Training with me at the Leeds studio? Book, move or cancel your 1-to-1 sessions from your phone in seconds. Your upcoming sessions sit right there in the app, and a life-happens reschedule takes two taps — no back-and-forth texts.
And That's Not The Half Of It

Your Day At A Glance
Streaks, badges, weigh-ins and today's jobs the second you open it.

Proof It's Working
Weigh-ins, trend charts, progress photos side by side, achievements.

Daily Habits
The small daily wins that add up — habits and supplements, ticked in seconds.

The Club Leaderboard
Friendly monthly competition across the whole client family. Opt-in, and initials rather than names.

Every Move, Demonstrated
Tap any exercise for a full-screen animation, the written how-to and three coaching cues.

Your Week, Mapped Out
Every session laid out day by day. Can't make Wednesday? Move it and the week reshuffles.

Log It As You Lift
Sets, reps and weight, ticked off as you go — so next week you know exactly what to beat.

Food, Without The Faff
Scan a barcode or search the database. Your day's calories and macros fill in as you eat.

Know What You're Aiming For
Tell it your weight, height and what you're after and it works out your daily targets. Tailored by me when you need it.

Supplements, Ticked Off
Tick what you actually take. No doses to type in, no faff — just a daily check-off.

Badges Worth Having
Streaks, personal records and badges that only unlock when you've genuinely done the work.

The Weekly Check-In
Weight in kilos or stone and pounds, plus measurements. Two minutes, once a week.

Me, In Your Pocket
Message me straight from the app. Question at 9pm on a Tuesday? Ask it.

Steps And Activity
Today's steps, active minutes and distance — the movement that happens outside our sessions.

Water, Sleep, Mood
A ten-second check-in on the three things that quietly decide how your week goes.

Your Usuals, One Tap
The app remembers what you actually eat and the amount you had it in. Breakfast goes in with one tap, no typing.

Search, Tap, Done
Search any food or brand and add it in one tap — calories and macros on every row, no weighing scales required.
Every movement, animated in the app
You never get a written description standing in for a demonstration. Every exercise the app gives you has its own animation, and it plays on the same screen you log the set on. Here is a sample of it, rotating.

Everything The App Does
The full list — no padding, everything below is in the app today.

Why I Built My Own App
Most trainers hand you a login to the same white-label software as everyone else. I wanted something better for my clients — so we built our own.
Every how-to in it is ours. The demonstrations are animated so you can see the muscles working — not a shaky phone video filmed in a busy gym. And because it's mine, it works exactly the way I coach: strength first, food doing the heavy lifting, and progress you can actually see.
It's the same coaching that's won 12 UK industry awards — now in your pocket.
Where It's Going
Android
The Android version is in testing with Google Play, so everything here will land on Android phones too. Same app, same login.
On The App Store
The iPhone app is on the App Store now — approved July 2026. The Android version follows on Google Play.
More Health Syncing
Steps and weight already flow in from Apple Health. Sleep, resting heart rate and workout calories are next, so even more of your day counts without you lifting a finger.
A Growing Library
The animated library went from zero to 2,100+ demonstrations this summer, and new exercises and features land all the time.
The App Guide
Already got your login? The App Guide is this page's companion — a walk through every screen in the app, one at a time: your workouts, check-ins, habits, the barcode scanner and the League.
How Do You Get It?
The app isn't for sale on its own — it comes with coaching. Train with me 1-to-1 at the Leeds studio or online from anywhere, and your login is set up as part of your onboarding.
