Site Map

Every page on this site, grouped so you can actually find what you're after.

This page lists every page on pg-fitness.co.uk that's meant for browsing, grouped by topic. Where one page is the hub and another sits underneath it, the group description says so. The menu at the top of every page, the mobile menu and the footer all use the same six groups — Start here, Ways to train, What's inside, Proof, Free stuff and Your account — and this page uses those same six as its own sections. On a wide screen the Start here group is the row of links across the menu bar itself, and the bar carries that heading above the row, so the grouping is visible without opening anything. The long lists — every workout plan, every free book, every article — are nested inside the group they belong to rather than sitting alongside it. One label is worth explaining: Train With Me in the menu bar is a category heading, not a page. It opens the menu rather than going anywhere, and every page inside it is listed under its own name — starting with Online Coaching. A handful of pages are deliberately left off: the error page, two search-engine verification files, a password-protected client page, a couple of order-confirmation screens, one narrowly-targeted referral page, one standalone landing page used only for paid adverts, and one duplicate preview file. Looking for the technical, machine-readable version instead? See sitemap.xml.

Start Here

The pages that sit at the top level of the menu on every page. Blog is one of them, so the blog and every article on it are listed underneath. The green Book Free Consultation button in the menu opens the same page as the entry here.

The Blog

Every article, grouped by topic so you can scan them. The topics below are headings on this page only — there are no separate category pages, and every article lives on the one Blog index. Where several articles cover the same ground — intermittent fasting has five, and each award has its own write-up — the fullest one is named first in its group.

Nutrition & Diet (30)

The seven keto articles are separate subjects rather than versions of each other — IBS, diabetes, the cyclical protocol, keto for people who lift, building muscle on keto, a video explainer and a supplement list — and each one opens by saying which it is and linking the rest. On intermittent fasting there are five: The Complete Guide to Intermittent Fasting is the full one, IF 101 and IF 201 are a two-part introduction, Fasting, Insulin & Blood Sugar is the science piece, Should You Combine Keto with Fasting? is the crossover, and the free book is the printable version of the same material.

Training & Performance (10)

Recovery & Wellbeing (8)

Of the two Thera Cane articles, How to Use a Thera Cane for Trigger Points is the full how-to; Remove Muscle Knots with a Thera Cane is the shorter piece that came first.

Biohacking & Longevity (9)

Supplements (4)

Menopause & Women's Health (2)

News & Awards (6)

One write-up per award as it was won. All twelve are collected on the Trophy Cabinet page under Proof & Free Stuff above.

Ways To Train

Every way to work with Pete — in the studio, online, at work, or through the app.

Personal Training Near You

A page for each neighbourhood closest to the North Leeds studio — the same six, under the same name, in the phone menu and along the bottom of every page.

What's Inside

What comes with coaching. The App is the hub for the app pages; The App Guide sits underneath it and walks through every screen. Workout Plans has its own section below.

The PG League

The PG League is the page that explains the competition — start there. The three boards below are the live scoreboards it feeds: different views of the same League for members and for the studio screen, not alternative versions of the page.

Workout Plans

Workout Plans is the hub for the whole training library — start there. Example Workouts & Exercises sits underneath it and walks through what a session actually looks like; the nine category hubs sort the same plans by type, and every individual plan is listed A–Z below.

All Individual Plans (A–Z) (59)

Proof

The same group the menu uses: what clients actually got, and what the studio is actually like. Three pages cover the studio and they are not the same thing: Inside The Studio is the tour of it as it is now, My New PT Studio is the 2020 write-up of opening it, and New Studio Pictures is the 2021 photo set. The tour links to the other two. The Trophy Cabinet is the hub for the awards — the individual award write-ups are blog posts, listed under News & Awards in the Blog section. Everything free has its own group, Free Stuff, below.

Free Stuff

The same group the menu uses: everything on the site you can have without paying for it. The guides, the twelve recipe books and the tools that go with them. Nothing here needs an email address.

Free Books & Guides

The hub for everything free on the site: downloadable guides, the twelve recipe books listed below, plus the supplement and habit tools. Two pairs look alike and are not: Eating Out Guides is the hub for 36 individual restaurant guides, while The Eating Out Guide is the one free book covering the seven biggest chains; and The Supplements I Actually Recommend is an article, while the supplement form for clients is under Client Tools below.

Free Recipe Books

Twelve free recipe book editions, each with calories and macros worked out. This collection sits underneath Free Books & Guides, which is the hub for everything free on the site.

Your Account

The same group as the Client Login menu at the top of every page. Both use the same login.

Client Tools & Onboarding Forms

Functional pages used during sign-up and onboarding — not really places to browse, but listed here for completeness. Welcome & Start Pack here is the private page for clients who have already signed up; the free download of the same name is The Welcome Pack under Free Books & Guides.

Legal & Policies

The same five links that sit along the bottom of every page.
